Return Policy for Material Defects and Workmanship

At BOAT MATE® we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with material defects or workmanship issues, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Policy Details:

  1. Timeframe: You may return items with material defects or workmanship issues within 1 yr of delivery.

  2. Conditions: If your BOAT MATE® experiences an air leak from a seam or valve, or encounters an issue with the dock rub-strip, you may return it with proof of purchase for an exchange. The buyer is responsible for covering any shipping costs associated with the return. Rest assured, we will handle the shipping costs for sending the replacement BOAT MATE® to you. 

  3. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return for material defects or workmanship issues, please contact our customer service team at sales@boatmate.ca or (855) 701-9800

  4. Warranty is Void if the product is over-inflated, or if the ropes are not attached to your dock at a perpendicular 90 degree angle.
